Our Story
It Started With One Truck
Dave Kinney started Kintech in 2015, right here on Long Island, as a one-man operation with one truck and a simple idea: be honest with the customer, do quality work, and let the results speak for themselves. No advertising, no sales team. Just jobs done properly, and homeowners who told their neighbors.
Then He Called the People He Trusted
As the work grew, Dave recruited friends and family with exactly the right skill sets to help the company grow. His brother-in-law, Kyle Westby, came on to run the finances and keep pricing fair. Kyle Susmin, one of his closest friends, took on operations and built the systems behind every visit. And John Z., his friend since elementary school, runs the field crews and estimates.
