How does a membership work?+
You pay once a year, per system. That price is your annual maintenance visit at 20% off the one-time rate, and every other discount in your package is active from the day you join.
When do the discounts start?+
The day you join. They don't wait for your first maintenance visit: if something breaks next week, your member pricing already applies.
What's the difference between the three packages?+
Silver covers your annual maintenance plus 50% off diagnostic fees. Gold adds 10% off repairs. Platinum adds 24-hour priority response, $200 off a replacement, and 10% off upgrades. If you're torn, call or text and we'll help you pick.
I have more than one system. How does that work?+
Each additional unit is added at the reduced per-unit rates shown above, so a second system never costs full price.
Can I cover both AC and heating?+
Yes. They're two separate memberships, and holding both takes 10% off each one for as long as you hold both.
Is Platinum available to everyone?+
Platinum is limited to local residents. Call or text and we'll confirm you're in our service area.
Do I have to remember to book my maintenance visit?+
No. When your visit is due, our office reaches out to schedule it, so there's nothing to remember.
